short video #3: #betterthanyou...

My first green smoothie: spinach/kale mix, cucumber, broccoli, celery, kiwi, banana, almond milk & almond butter.

once again, the Sun catches me unawares...as I believe him to be taking a photo, he is making a video.  i take no responsibility for the superiority complex i develop.

First taste: Yuck.  Need to be smoothier (will add frozen fruits next time) and sweeter.  Added another kiwi and almond butter. Much better, but still – a bit difficult to choke down.  A bit too green.

several hours later: ewwwwwwwww...the celery has soured up the mash and the almond butter has settled to the bottom.  needs substantial work.
